FlowAnywhere

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowAnywhere collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service. FlowAnywhere is available as a desktop, tablet, and mobile application.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information

By authorizing FlowAnywhere to connect to Webflow, you provide us with your name, email address, and Webflow ID. We store this information on our servers to effectively manage your account.

Webflow Content Data

Your Webflow content (including sites, collections, fields, post items, files, and images) is stored locally on your phone, tablet, or desktop. When you use the Service, this data is sent to the Webflow API through our server, allowing us to carry out actions on your behalf. We don't store this data on our servers.

OAuth Token

When you connect your Webflow account, we receive an OAuth access token. This token is encrypted and stored on our server, where it's used to make authorized requests to the Webflow API on your behalf. We never share your token or use it beyond the scope of your Webflow permissions. You can revoke this token in your Webflow dashboard or by going to FlowAnywhere Settings and selecting Revoke Token.

Subscription and Billing Information

We store information about your subscription on our servers, including your status, plan type, subscription dates, and customer identifier, to manage your access to FlowAnywhere's features. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Server Logs

Our backend server logs request data, which may include your IP address, request timestamps, and request paths. These logs are used for debugging, security monitoring, and maintaining service reliability.

Crash Reports

We use Sentry, a third-party error tracking service, to gather crash reports and diagnostic details when errors arise. Sentry collects information about the error, such as device type, operating system, and application version.

We have activated Sentry's data scrubbing features to ensure that sensitive information is not stored, and we have disabled IP address storage in Sentry. No personally identifiable information or Webflow content data is included in these reports.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Where Your Data Is Stored

Server logs are retained for a limited period for debugging and security purposes. You can delete your data yourself or ask for it to be deleted manually if you're unable to do it.
