Introduction

Welcome to FlowAnywhere ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowAnywhere application and its related services (the "Service"), which are available at flowanywhere.app and through our desktop and mobile apps.

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the Service, and it explains how we collect and protect your information.

By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms.

The Service

FlowAnywhere is available as a desktop, tablet, and mobile app. All versions of the app connect to the same backend services and are subject to these Terms.

Age Requirements

The Service is for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service, and they must agree to these Terms for you. If you are under 13, you cannot use the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that you meet the age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. You are also responsible for keeping your account confidential and for everything that happens with your account. If someone uses your account without permission, you must tell us right away.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel subscriptions, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.

A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. The Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on the device you manage your subscription on) handles all payment processing.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service.

Fee Changes

We may change subscription fees at any time. If we do, the new fee will start at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll give you reasonable notice before making any changes, to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a fee change, you're agreeing to pay the new fee.

Communications

When you use the Service, we may send you newsletters, product updates, or promotional materials. You can stop getting these messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link.

Prohibited Uses

Use of the Service is allowed only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are not allowed to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm others in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any way that infringes upon the rights of others
• Use any automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Take any action that could damage or falsify the Company's reputation or ratings

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of FlowAnywhere. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Content

The Service is the property of FlowAnywhere. You may not distribute, modify, copy, or reuse without our express written permission.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you acknowledge that we may use this feedback without any obligation to you. You grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowAnywhere and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowAnywhere regarding the Service.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
