Delete Your Account and Data
Your Webflow sites, collections, fields, post items, files, and images are not stored on our servers. Your content is stored on your device (phone, tablet, desktop) and is transmitted through our backend only as needed to communicate with the Webflow API.
We store limited information about your account, which is needed to operate the service. This information includes your name, email address, Webflow user ID (provided when you authorize), your subscription status, the number of sites you've authorized during OAuth for your subscription level, and a count of the posts you've created for trial limits. This information is used for authentication, subscription, and managing usage.
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Delete Account in the FlowAnywhere app. This will permanently remove your account and personal data from our systems.
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to delete your account data through the app, you can request that we delete it by contacting us. Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
